Hearing Officer

Whether by contract or governing law within an agency or entity, a Hearing Officer may be appointed to consider contentions, evidence, and other matters relating to a particular dispute and to reach conclusions and/or provide recommendations and/or render decisions pursuant to governing law.

All parties must be represented by counsel unless The McCammon Group gives consent in exceptional circumstances.
