Fact Finder

Parties can appoint a neutral Fact Finder to consider evidence, and to find the facts relating to their dispute.   The Fact Finder’s findings can be binding or non-binding.

All parties must be represented by counsel unless The McCammon Group gives consent in exceptional circumstances.
