Ombuds Spotlight – Cynthia E. Hudson, Esq.

Cynthia Hudson has spent over half of a 30-plus-year legal career managing the work and work-life experiences of other attorneys and law office staff. In that role, she has seen, heard and helped to resolve a wide range of issues any of us may encounter at any time in any walk of life or setting.

Cynthia’s practice background in labor and employment law and work as an advisor to public officials have served her well in her management roles and continues to serve her well in her current work as an Ombuds, mediator and neutral facilitator. In this respect, Cynthia is happy to have transitioned from the turmoil and tension of litigation and the tumult of the world of public policy making to the “pursuit of peace”.

With a keen understanding of the interpersonal dynamics that can drive success and happiness on one hand, or dysfunction and unhappiness on the other, Cynthia appreciates the opportunity to help chart a path to good relationships and issue resolution.
