Provider of Mediation and Arbitration Services ExpandsRichmond, VA…The McCammon Group, Virginia’s leading provider of mediation and arbitration services has expanded it’s work into Washington, D.C. beginning June 1, 2004. The McCammon Group has established a Washington, D.C. Panel of professionals to serve the needs of lawyers and litigants in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The announcement was made in Richmond, Virginia today by Founder and President John B. McCammon.
McCammon said the panel includes five outstanding members of the D.C. legal
community: Hon. Warren R. King (Ret.), Willie L. Leftwich, Esq., Glenn C. Lewis, Esq., Alexia Morrison, Esq. and Hon. William C. Pryor (Ret.). “We are extremely honored to have secured the services of such highly regarded and respected individuals as these,” said McCammon. “When we made the decision to move into Washington we knew we had to have the best legal minds for our panel, and we are delighted to have retained this exceptional group.”
With the addition of the Washington Panel members, TMG is now comprised of
47 professionals including practicing attorneys, retired judges, and one of Virginia’s most respected public servants.They provide mediation and arbitration services in disputes, usually in matters of litigation, involving a wide range of civil matters including, personal injury, commercial, family, medical malpractice, products liability, construction, employment, securities and intellectual property. In the past year the professionals of The McCammon Group have enjoyed a mediation settlement rate of 88%.
The Newly formed Washington, D.C. Panel will work closely with the Northern
Virginia Panel Members of The McCammon Group in addressing the alternative dispute resolution needs of the Washington Metropolitan Area.
