Retired Judge Teena D. Grodner, a Neutral with The McCammon Group, has been named the recipient of the 2016 Hon. Arnold B. Kassabian Award from the Fairfax Bar Association.
The award recognizes an individual who possesses insight, devotion, and compassion for children and families over the course of their career. The award recognizes the outstanding performance of such an individual as their work demonstrates dignity, integrity, and dedication to bettering the welfare of children and families.
Judge Grodner recently retired after eighteen years of service as a Judge of the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, including a period of service as Chief Judge. Prior to her service on the bench, Judge Grodner enjoyed a successful career in private practice focused on family law. Judge Grodner is a Past President and Emeritus Member of the George Mason American Inn of Court and Recipient of the Fairfax Bar Association President’s Award for Outstanding Service. She is a Past President of the Virginia Council of Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Judges and a former Member of the Executive Committee of the Judicial Conference of Virginia for District Courts. Judge Grodner is now available to serve the mediation, arbitration, and judge pro tempore needs of family law lawyers and litigants throughout the Commonwealth.
