Four Members of The McCammon Group Inducted as Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation
The McCammon Group is pleased to congratulate four of our Neutrals who were inducted as Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation on January 21, 2016 at a dinner ceremony in Williamsburg, Virginia. Each year the Virginia Law Foundation recognizes a group of Virginia lawyers, law professors, and retired judges for their legal excellence and community involvement. The 2016 inductees from The McCammon Group are:

Since 1995, The McCammon Group has provided alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services including mediation, arbitration, neutral evaluation, special master, judge pro tempore, med/arb, neutral evaluation, hearing officer, fact finder, and conciliation; as well as related facilitation, training, and consulting services. It consists of seventy-four Neutrals including retired judges and practicing attorneys located throughout Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. Importantly, throughout this time The McCammon Group has achieved a settlement rate of approximately 85% in its mediation work.
