Cynthia Hudson, Esq. has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the mid-Atlantic region.
Cynthia Hudson, Esq. has joined The McCammon Group after more than twenty years in state and local government, including service as Chief Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia and City Attorney for the City of Hampton. Prior to and following her government service, Cynthia enjoyed a successful private practice focusing on labor, employment, and governmental matters. She is a Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation and a Past President of the Local Government Attorneys Association. A recipient of numerous community and law related awards, she is a Member of William & Mary’s Board of Visitors and was the Chair of the Governor’s Commission to examine Racial Inequity in Virginia Law. Cynthia now brings her distinguished record to The McCammon Group to serve the mediation, arbitration and ombuds needs of lawyers and litigants throughout Virginia and beyond.
Since 1995 The McCammon Group has provided ADR services including mediation, arbitration, special master, and judge pro tempore. It consists of eighty-two Neutrals including retired judges and practicing attorneys located throughout Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Importantly, throughout this time The McCammon Group has achieved a settlement rate of approximately 85% in its mediation work.
