Elisa Enriquez

Elisa Enriquez is an ombuds coach, facilitator, and trainer. She is a Certified Organizational Ombuds Practitioner (CO-OP®) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Elisa was Senior Associate Ombuds at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) for over 12 years.
Elisa enjoys developing presentations on workplace related topics, such as stress, resilience, and nonreactive communication. She has presented for LANL audiences, International Ombuds Association (IOA) conferences, Coalition of Federal Ombuds Conferences, and the New Mexico Alternative Dispute Resolution Symposiums. She is a Certified Leader Factor Four Stages of Psychological Safety Facilitator, MTI Conflict Dynamic Profile (CDP) administrator, Mental Health First Aid certified trainer, and Crucial Conversations certified trainer.
An active member of IOA, she is a mentor and co-teaches IOA’s Foundations of Organizational Ombuds Practice Course. At LANL, Elisa was a catalyst for change within groups and helped initiate and empower the Active Bystander Employee Resource group. This thriving employee led initiative teaches about the importance of creating psychological safety and inclusion in the workplace. Elisa was previously an Employee Assistance Program counselor and in private practice.
