Dina Eisenberg JD, MBA is an experienced Ombuds, mediator, facilitator and conflict coach with 24 years of service. Dina founded Ombudsology.com, a Ombuds consulting firm, to educate mid-size companies that want to increase retention, employee engagement and reduce risk by investing in a custom designed Ombuds program.  She designed the Twitter Ombuds program, the first in the tech industry, and became their Global Head of Ombuds Services, covering EMEA, LATAM and JAPAC.  She designed programs for brand giants like Coca Cola as well as the tech, manufacturing, food and financial service industries.  Dina is also a sought-after Organizational Well-being Speaker.  Her Ombuds work has been featured in Inc and Entrepreneur magazines.
