Dave Moora is a seasoned mediator, facilitator, coach, and change management specialist with 18 years of experience helping organizations navigate conflict, strengthen leadership, and implement meaningful change. He specializes in helping senior leaders and teams turn workplace challenges into opportunities for growth, and implement strategic change that drives stronger alignment, improved performance, and high-trust, innovative cultures. Dave is a Senior Partner at Impact Associates and previously served as a Commissioner with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. He also served as ADR Counsel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and as Director of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution.

A recognized leader in the field, Dave has shaped national dispute resolution policy and trained hundreds of mediators, lawyers, judges, and students across the U.S. and internationally. He spent three years working on a project in Kosovo to enhance court-based mediation services and build mediation capacity. Known for his patience, creativity, and practical approach, Dave is deeply committed to building more effective, and resilient organizations. He holds a B.A. in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College, a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, and a Master’s in International Relations from Syracuse’s Maxwell School.
