Hon. W. Reilly Marchant (Ret.) Joins The McCammon Group

The Hon. W. Reilly Marchant (Ret.) has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the mid-Atlantic region.

The Honorable W. Reilly Marchant recently retired as Chief Judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court after nine years of exemplary service. During his tenure, Judge Marchant served on the Adult Drug Court and founded the Behavioral Health Docket. Before his judicial career, he had a successful private practice specializing in civil and criminal litigation, family law, real estate, and employment law, while also serving as a substitute judge for the Richmond General District and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts. He is a Past President and former Member of the Board of Directors of the Richmond Bar Association. Judge Marchant has participated in various pro bono activities focusing on landlord-tenant issues and family law matters for the Metropolitan Richmond Legal Aid Society and the Richmond Bar Association. He now brings his experience and dedication to The McCammon Group to serve the mediation needs of lawyers and litigants throughout the Commonwealth.

Since 1995 The McCammon Group has provided ADR services including mediation, arbitration, special master, ombuds, and judge pro tempore.
