Terence Murphy, Esq. has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the mid-Atlantic region.

Terry Murphy, Esq. recently retired from the practice of law and has joined The McCammon Group to serve as a Neutral. He is a former Chair of the Kaufman & Canoles Government Contracts & Construction Practice Group and a past Chair of the Virginia State Bar Construction Law and Public Contracts Section. His broad legal background includes all manner of commercial matters and spans more than four decades with experience in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation. He has particular expertise in private and public projects involving bridges, tunnels, hospitals, ship repair and construction, airports, and schools. Terry now brings this wealth of experience to The McCammon Group to serve the mediation, arbitration, judge pro tempore, and special master needs of lawyers and litigants throughout the Commonwealth and beyond.

Since 1995 The McCammon Group has provided ADR services including mediation, arbitration, special master, ombuds, and judge pro tempore. It consists of eighty-five Neutrals including retired judges and practicing attorneys located throughout Virginia, DC, and Maryland.
