Umpire Services

Pursuant to applicable legal authority and/or by agreement of the parties in dispute, an Umpire may be appointed or selected to consider contentions, evidence, and other matters relating to a specified dispute and to find facts and/or reach conclusions and/or make decisions subject to governing law.

All parties must be represented by counsel unless The McCammon Group gives consent in exceptional circumstances.
