Robert A. Peay, Esq., MBA has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the mid-Atlantic region.

Robert “Robby” A. Peay, Esq., MBA has recently joined The McCammon Group to serve as a mediator in addition to his duties as General Counsel.  A results-driven legal executive with strategic vision and tactical implementation skills, Robby’s varied business experience includes outsourced general counsel services focusing on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, securities law compliance, labor and employment, commercial real estate, and litigation management. He served as General Counsel of Synalloy Corporation (NASDAQ: SYNL) from 2012-21.  Robby began his career as a law clerk for Justice Donald W. Lemon (Ret.) on the Supreme Court of Virginia.  He then worked in the litigation and corporate sections of two large Virginia-based law firms. Robby now brings this wide ranging legal and business background to The McCammon Group to serve the mediation needs of lawyers and litigants throughout Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and beyond.

Since 1995 The McCammon Group has provided ADR services including mediation, arbitration, special master, and judge pro tempore.
