Hon. Burke F. McCahill (Ret.) Joins The McCammon Group

The Honorable Burke F. McCahill (Ret.) has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the mid-Atlantic region.

Judge McCahill recently retired after eighteen years of distinguished judicial service. Judge McCahill first served on the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and then was elected as a Judge of the 20th Judicial Circuit Court, where he served admirably for sixteen years including two terms as Chief Judge. Prior to his tenure on the bench, Judge McCahill enjoyed a successful career in private practice where his focus was on family law. Among his many credentials, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and past chair of the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar. Judge McCahill now brings his skill and experience to The McCammon Group to serve the mediation, arbitration, judge pro tempore, and special master needs of lawyers and litigants throughout the Commonwealth and beyond.

Since 1995, The McCammon Group has provided ADR services including mediation, arbitration, neutral evaluation, special master, judge pro tempore, med/arb, neutral evaluation, hearing officer, fact finder, and conciliation; as well as related facilitation, training, and consulting services.
